Radhika serves as the Director of Guest Experience for the ITC team, ensuring that each guest has a seamless and fruitful experience at events. With over a decade of experience in the wedding industry as a destination photographer and a prior career in education, Radhika brings a unique blend of skills to her work. She is passionate about curating In Trusted Company events that provide thoughtfully designed, transformative spaces unlike anything guests have experienced before.
With her artistic eye and deep commitment to storytelling, Radhika brings a fresh perspective to every moment at ITC. She strives to not only push creative boundaries but also ensure that each guest experiences both personal and professional growth. Her approach, rooted in authenticity and inclusivity, creates an unforgettable experience that will leave participants inspired and ready to take their work to the next level.
When she isn’t helping to plan the next ITC event or photographing a beautiful wedding or family, you can find her with her family at their home in North Carolina, looking for the next life-changing book to read, or planning an overseas adventure.
After spending over a decade in the wedding industry as a destination floral designer; Kathryn has ventured into a new passionate career producing and directing events for wedding professionals.
ITC is Kathryn’s second networking experience business that she has founded and she is thrilled to be back to planning events alongside her incredible team. Kathryn believes in the transformative power of connection and hopes that In Trusted Company can become a beacon of inclusivity in the industry. Kathryn is renowned for her innovative approach to the design experience, consistently pushing the boundaries of creativity while ensuring that each guest feels valued and seen. Her unique touch leaves guests excited to return for more, eager to experience the magic she and her team create.
When she isn’t planning events, Kathryn loves to spend time with her family traveling the globe, sharing a meal with loved ones, and snuggling in bed with a good book.
Our dedicated team brings a wealth of experience, having collectively orchestrated over 300 B2B events across various sectors. With a robust and skilled team at the helm, we are fully equipped and committed to delivering exceptional experiences that foster meaningful connections among our guests.
Amber Marlow is the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging for ITC. For over a decade she has been a vocal and passionate advocate for making the wedding industry an inclusive and diverse space where multiple points of view are heard, seen, and celebrated. Through thoughtful, considered practices, Amber ensures that all In Trusted events include a "bouquet" of guests and speakers that offer their unique experiences and that everyone feels accommodated and thought of.
Amber is a wedding photographer based in New York. She is known for her eye for detail and a storytelling approach to a wedding day. After living in New York City for 14 years, Amber moved to the Hudson Valley with her husband, Marley, and their two children.
When not working she enjoys thrifting, baking with her kids, hosting dinner parties, renovating her 19th-century farmhouse, participating in local activities, and helping to organize mutual aid in her community.
Director of DEIB
Sophia Otasowie serves as the Director of Marketing for In Trusted Company, hoping to capture the essence of ITC and share it with people who see themselves in the stories we tell. Deeply passionate about well-being, Sophia recognizes ITC as a special environment where we can catch glimpses of our best selves where we can reconnect with our purpose.
When Sophia started her calligraphy business in college, she aimed to spread joy by using the proceeds to fund scholarships for students in Nigeria. Since then, she has continued to work in both social services and art. She will use her experience in both fields to make sure our guests know how deeply they matter. She is committed to helping to create an experience where each guest feels seen, rooted in their purpose, and inspired to grow within a community that values their uniqueness.
Outside of ITC and the world of events, Sophia serves on the leadership team for several nonprofits, conducts trainings and workshops, and daydreams about living on a little island off the grid with hills and fields of flowers and sheep, making all the recipes she’s had pinned on Pinterest since 2012.
Director of Marketing
Josh is the Chief Financial Officer for In Trusted Company. Josh earned his MBA at Rice University and has over a decade of experience as an entrepreneur. He is as passionate about creating memorable experiences as he is about building financially healthy organizations founded on integrity and socially responsible values. With a background as a Marine, business consultant, and retail service professional, Josh embraces any challenge in delivering warm, personalized, and enduring service.
In addition to his role at In Trusted Company, Josh and his wife Dana photograph weddings, events, and anything else that inspires their artistic passions across the country as Josh and Dana Fernandez Photography. They live in Houston with their son, Hudson.
When not spending time with family, Josh loves to travel, read, hike, play his favorite purple Telecaster, and go to live country, jazz, and blues shows.
Chief Financial Officer
Abby’s honed eye for aesthetics, detailed analytical brain, and her skilled hand for artful design style makes her a triple threat specializing in creating design-forward elevated events. After earning advanced degrees in Psychology, Abby's love of people and design led her to fifteen years of experience producing events. In her role as Director of Operations for In Trusted Company, Abby showcases how experiential design can impact connections through work with our creative partners and venue settings.
As a leader in the events industry, Abby has served as a Past President of the Chicago Board of Directors for the Wedding Industry Professional Association, providing education, producing inspirational experiences, and advancing the standard of the wedding industry.
When she isn’t planning events, Abby loves traveling, reading, and rummaging through local antique stores.
